Having machine troubles? There’s a fix for that!
Inadequate power is the #1 reason for machine issues. It is crucial that the machine is plugged into a 110v/20-amp standard outlet with nothing else plugged into it.
Check your power source. When there is a machine problem, most of the time it is power related. The machine MUST be plugged into 110v/20-amp standard outlet with nothing else plugged into it. Not a lamp, not a phone charger, nothing. If you can’t find anything else that would be taking power from the same source, plug the machine into a different outlet, without moving the machine, by using the provided extension cord provided.
There is not enough power. The machine is getting just enough power to freeze the drinks, but it’s not working at an optimum level. Plug the machine into a different outlet. Do not move the machine. Use the supplied extension cord under the cart if you need to.
Sounds like a tripped circuit breaker. The circuit could not provide the power that was required. Turn the machine switch to the “off” position, reset the breaker, and plug the machine into a different outlet. Turn the machine on and try again.
No, you do not need ice and using ice in the machine would cause permanent damage you are responsible for. Please keep ice away from the machine.
No. Do not add liquor to the machine after the fact. The drinks must be thoroughly mixed before adding to the machine. You cannot add ingredients separately. It does not act as a blender.
The machine is probably empty. Turn it off. Sometimes you will see product in the machine but it’s just the very last bit of mix being pushed to the front of the machine. Turn the machine off and shortly you will see it start to melt and that there is nothing left in it. If you are early in your
party and don’t mind a second freeze time, feel free to mix another batch.
