Unlike our competitors, our machines are heavy duty stainless steel units meant for large volumes with long working hours. They hold 6.5 gallons at a time, and as long as you don’t let the machine run out of product, you never have to wait for another “freeze time.” Our competitors use countertop machines designed for home or small group use.
Extremely! We make the first batch for you and place it in the machine. We can also mix your second batch and leave it in the jug so all you have to do is pour it in when you’re ready. Serving the drink is as easy as pulling the handle.
Each machine weighs about 190 pounds empty. The machine sits on a heavy duty cart that weighs another 30 pounds. For safety and convenience, the entire unit is moved together. For this reason, we cannot move the machine up or down stairs. We require entry-level access to the event, or we require access to an elevator so that stairs can be avoided at all cost. Additional fees apply for difficult to reach areas.
We typically deliver the machine(s) two to three hours before your event is set to start. On days of full capacity, delivery times may be earlier. Delivery times are subject to change at any time. We pick up the machine when your event is over, no later than 9 pm (fees apply past 9 pm), or the next morning.

Never! We take care of machine clean up after your party!
Electricity (standard 110V outlet, plugged into it’s own independent 20-amp circuit) and water, that’s it! Also alcohol, if you so wish.

A $100 non-refundable down payment secures your machine. The deposit will be applied to the balance and final payment is due no later than 7 days before your event. If you leave an unpaid balance beyond seven days, we assume you no longer want the reservation.
A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your machine and prevents it from being reserved by another customer. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 14 days in advance. This will allow us to transfer your deposit to another date within the following 6 months. If you provide us less than 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
