how much booze?
These recommendations are PER 5 gallon batch. Please keep in mind how many batches you have ordered. Package #1 is one batch, package #2 is two batches. If you’ve ordered additional mix, each additional bottle yields a 5 gallon batch. These are suggestions only. You are welcome to customize as you wish and add more or less of whatever you like.
Remember: you must have alcohol ready at delivery if you want it added to the machine. You cannot add it in later. We do not wait for liquor store runs.
*A handle is a 1.75 liter bottle – the big one!
